3. Cheating on her Children

A woman plays a very significant role in the life of her child. The absence of a mother’s magical touch might leave some of motherly responsibilities of a mother unplayed and untended to.

A woman can knowingly or unknowingly cheat on her children. She might say hurting words to a child that might out-play negatively on a child’s confidence without being away of it.

How about Rebekah who cheated on Esua her first son and aided Jacob her second and favourite son to take the father’s blessings in place of Esau? Genesis 27:8-10. This was a typical example of a mother cheating on her child.

Some women deny their children the right to education, motherly love and care, sound scriptural teaching, etc, these are ways mothers cheat on their children and this narrative must be changed as a Christian woman is always expected to live an exemplary life.

A woman might cheat on God with her character or in the ways she relates to people that are loved by God. A woman can cheat on God with her substance or unavailability in the presence of God.

A woman should intensify her love for God to reflect the kind of life that was lived by Mary Magdalene, Mary from Bethany, etc.

These women understood what it meant to relate well with God and they built a relationship with God and served as role models to other new converts on how to love God.

Conclusion

God is love. The love of God should not be misused. Marriage or relationship will grow and bloom well where trust abounds. The Bible mentions in the book of 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, 19 “Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own. 20. For you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body. that our body is a living sacrifice.”

The above bible verses talked about how a woman can cheat on herself, her husband and children and even God.

The question I want you to ask yourself is, will God accept my body as a living sacrifice?

Your body should be kept clean and free from all forms of sexual immoralities if you want to glorify God with your bodies and the price paid on the cross of Calvary should not be in vain.

Every woman should live a life devoid of cheating on herself, her husband, her children and even God. It is my earnest prayer for God to strengthen every Christian woman to live a life free of cheating, and worthy of emulsion by young female Christians.

You need to stay away from sexual immoralities if you want your body to be God’s habitation.
